"I love.........-- I love......," _______ sucked in a breath, turning her eyes up to Arthur apologetically, "Alfred....... my.... hero...."
"Fine then! Just don't go crawling back to me, " Arthur pointed a paled finger to himself, "When he dumps ye' for some dumb lass!" He stalked from the room, grabbing his bouquet hastily.
"I knew ya'd make the right choice eventually, babe." Alfred drew her into his arm, burying his face lightly in the crook of her neck.
"You still can't touch me, Al," she pushed him back, letting him stumble back onto her bed before sitting at her computer with a small sigh.
'Sorry Artie..... we can still be friends, right?' Alfred glanced over her shoulder at the awaiting message, chucking quietly.
"Dude...., that's like asking if you can keep your dog after he died. Just face it, babe...., the friendship'll die off now......." His chuckle died away at his own words, an almost sad expression darting across his face.
"I know..... Al, it's just a hope now, okay....?" She sighed getting up to curl into his arms, leaning up to peck his lips. Alfred moved into a sitting position, rocking her in his arms.
She ran a hand lightly though her (h/c) hair, letting it droop limply over her shoulders. He pressed his lips to the top of her head, smiling faintly down at her. She returned the smile wearily, a small dash of happiness registering in her heart. (Or, well, brain center if ya' want to be literal.)
Arthur hit the gas in his car, his dark, bushy eyebrows furrowing. Why would she choose that idiot over him?! The question was left angrily unanswered in his mind with the shake of his head. He tore his emerald eyes from the emptied street, turning them thoughtlessly for once to the roof.
"Why....... it was going so bloody well...!" The words echoed over the sound of quiet music in the car, wind carrying them from the moment unnoticed.
"I....... I still love her...... I'm a bloody fool..... A bloody fool.....," a bitter taste lingered in his mouth at the words, an imaginary crack ripping through his heart. But no one would notice, after all, wasn't he used to this? This pain? Arthur shook the thoughts away with his usual stubbornness, speeding back home in silence.
'Maybe one day, ______.' The message appeared without notice on her dashboard, giggles and laughs overwhelming the computers 'ding'.
"I love ya', (nickname)."
"I love you too, Alfie. Just don't think that's gonna' stop me from beating your character!"
"Dammit! Why are ya' so good at this game, it's not fair!" A small pout appeared on his face. With the roll of her eyes, she tugged him into a deep kiss.
"Happy now, hero?"
"More than you'll ever know....~"

Songfic!America x Reader- Sweet Memories!
You sat alone in your now empty house. You packed up the last of your belongings, until you came across a picture of Alfred. At a time, he was your boyfriend. During one of his missions.. he never came back.
You sighed and placed the picture in the cardboard box. That was so many years ago, you thought you moved on, but whenever a boy flirted or asked you out, you never received the spark that only Alfred could provide. Since the movers weren't coming until four, you decided to turn on your radio in high hopes of drenching out your sorrow. You flicked on the power button and went back to packing. It was silent for a few minutes until the mus

Oneshot! AmericaxReader: France's Closet
"______, Dude, what are you doing?" America made his way over to the brown couch you sat on, peering over your shoulder and at the TV you so blankly stared at.
"Shh!" You hissed, not bothering to look over to the brown haired man. "Addicting. Eyes glued."
America just sighed, and made his way to the other side of the couch. Plopping down beside you, he still continued to wonder all the fuss was about. He looked at you, hunched over slightly, hands clutching a DVD case as hard as they could. He couldn't quite see the cover, but by the way you held it, it seemed pretty important to you. Smiling, he looked over to the screen you kept staring s

You saw Alfred walked towards you, you felt your heart beat faster. "This is my chance to tell him" You said to yourself. "Do you need some hero help?" he asked happily. You nodded and he packed some clothes in your suitcase. "Alfred I have something to tell you" You said and blushed.
"Sure what is it?" Alfred said
"I..I kind of..you know like you, more than as a friend" You said shyly and looked away.
"R-really (Name) I like you too" Ha said and kissed you deeply on the lips. You blushed madly but kissed back. You wrapped your arms around his neck and his around your waist. He licked your bottom lip asking for
